Kelly Thibert-Smith is a NYS licensed Ophthalmic Dispenser. Kelly studied to be an optician at Mater Dei college in Ogdensburg, NY. She has almost three decades of experience, and we are delighted she is part of our Team! Kelly is proficient at frame dispensing, measurements, repairs, and adjustments.
